If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Round Slice, Ahmedabad.
  • Foods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Foods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The online order once placed cannot be modified or canceled via any digital medium.

You can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.

In case the order which is paid through a digital payment method is canceled due to the non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by The Round Slice restaurant. This refund will be returned to the actual source within 5 to7 working days. However, The Round Slice is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Foods to be eligible for a return if you have the quality of foods issues, please make sure that:

  • The Foods were ordered in the last 1-hour from invoice generated time.
  • The Foods are in the original packaging with only 20% consumption.

The following Foods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Foods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Foods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Foods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Foods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion and the final decision will be taken by the store manager only.

Only regular-priced Foods may be refunded. Unfortunately, the Foods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
